What Is Your Refund Policy?
There will be no refunds given for digital products like e-books or audio books. These are instant downloads.
Refunds for physical goods
There is no return for change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking).
For refund queries, please e-mail hello@Biblestudyjoy.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return and photographs of the faulty item. If the items is faulty, we will either refund your money or resend your goods-your choice.
How Will My E-Books or Audio Books Be Delivered?
Your eBooks will be delivered automatically and immediately upon purchase by an email rom Book Funnel. If the e-mail has not arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder-or if you use G-mail - in your Promotions folder.

Log into Book Funnel with the e-mail you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here:
You library will contain all e-books you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.
How Will I Read My E-Book?
Books can be read on: Kindle Fire tablets after 2015, Nook tablets after 20014, Kobo eReaders apart from Kobo Aura.
Apple devices: Apple Books, iTunes, iPads, iPhones using a minimum of iOS 10+ (2016) (but most were upgraded to iOS 10 after 2012); Android tables and phones after Android 5.1(2013);your computer using Chrome or Firefox browser.
You cannot download your e-books to the Book Funnel app or read on the browser from the following:
any E-Ink devices, including Kindle Paperwhite, Touch, Voyage, Oasis, NOOK Glowlight, Kobo Aura.

NOOK Color (2010), NOOK Tablet (2011), NOOK HD (2012)
